Thursday 4th May 2017

Welcome to the first in a series of events we’re calling #VegTalks (see what we did there). Our inaugural event will take place on Thursday 4th May at The Gate Seymour Place and is timed to celebrate London Craft Week 2017 where we are looking at The Art of Foraging. Our founder Michael Daniel will be talking about his long involvement in this ages old art, together with our Head of Food Yossi Edri who will be discussing using seasonal foraged produce in our menus. We will be preparing items for you to sample made from ingredients such as wild garlic, asparagus and nettles. Each session will last for half an hour and there will be two sessions, at 18:00 and 18:45. The event is free but pre-booking is absolutely essential as places are limited. To reserve your place please email
