We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Reservationist to join our growing Team! This role is based at our Head Office in Camden.

About the Role

As a Reservationist you will be responsible for responding to reservation enquiries via telephone and email, communicating with the restaurants regarding bookings, cancellations and special requests, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests you come into contact with.

The successful candidate will have:
-Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken);
-A professional telephone manner;
-Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes;
-Good time management and organisational skills;
-A friendly but professional work ethic;
-Enthusiasm and willingness to learn;
-Previous experience in a similar role within a quality hospitality environment;
-Knowledge of Quadranet or a similar reservation system would be advantageous.

Hours: 45 hours per week (Full time) or 20 hours per week (Part-time)

Shift Pattern: 9 hours per day over 5 days (Monday-Sunday), earliest start 10:00am and latest finish 9:00pm.
